Job Description:
As a Applications Engineer, you will work closely with our clients remotely and on their sites to support the SiteSense® suite of products on web and mobile applications. For a construction project, Application Engineers work in collaboration with our client’s senior engineering team to resolve issues in a timely fashion and maintain maximum customer satisfaction second to none. The Application Engineer creates project plans and executes accordingly, including tasks such as hardware assembly, configuration, database automation, installation, commissioning, testing, training, and ongoing system monitoring and support. Once a SiteSense® solution has been commissioned and deployed to a project site, various support tasks can include on-going user training, support documentation, developing custom reports/dashboards, and identifying, analyzing, and repairing product issues and testing solutions. Intelliwave Application Engineers will also aid in product innovation by configuring and testing new emerging technologies and developing interfaces and applications for new hardware.
Intelliwave Application Engineers work closely with our clients and users to discover use cases and recommend new products and services that will help improve their daily operations and help meet their project goals. They are experts in a variety of construction and industrial operations concepts, practices, and processes where they rely on their experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. A wide degree of creativity, leadership, and being an ultimate team player is expected.
