This Privacy Statement describes how Intelliwave Technologies Inc. and its subsidiaries and affiliates’ (hereinafter the “Company”, “we” or “us”, as applicable), collect, use, disclose, transfer and store the personal information that you provide us via our websites, we collect via your use of our websites and during the services we provide you. By visiting our websites or providing us with your personal information, you consent to the collection, use, processing, and storage of your personal information as described in this Privacy Statement. This Privacy Statement is intended to govern your use of our websites and services (including, the use of our services in the course of their trade or business) unless otherwise agreed through a written agreement.

INFORMATION COLLECTED

The Company automatically collects, processes, and retains information about you when you visit our websites via computer, mobile phone or other access device. In addition, you may choose to provide us with information, such as your name, email address, company information, street address, telephone number, or other information, to access protected information on our websites or in order for us to contact you. We may combine other publicly available information related to the organization from which you work with, alongside the information that you provide to us. COOKIES, LOCATION DATA AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES

Various browsers may offer their own management tools for removing these technologies. Location data is used in the tracking of materials, assets and equipment within the SiteSense products.

Any personal information collected about you is processed by the Company or by a third party acting on our behalf. When you provide personal information to us, you consent to the processing of your information in Canada, the USA and other areas of the world where we do business.

TESTIMONIALS

We post customer testimonials on our websites that may contain your personal information such as your name. We will obtain your consent prior to posting the testimonial to post your name along with your testimonial. PUBLIC FORUMS

Our websites may contain public blogs or forums (“Online Forums”) in which you may post comments or questions. These Online Forums may allow you to provide your personal information and create a profile. Personal information you submit in connection with these Online Forums may be read, collected, and used by others who access them. The personal information you provide in connection with Online Forums will be made available to others inside and outside of the Company (unless stated otherwise). These comments and discussions are moderated, and may be accessed or deleted by us for technical or other reasons. Any comments posted by individuals on Online Forums, are his or her own and should not be considered as reflecting the opinion of the Company. In some cases, we may not be able to remove your personal information, in which case we will let you know if we are unable to do.

The Company employs industry standard security measures to ensure the security of your personal information. However, the security of personal information transmitted through the Internet can never be guaranteed. The Company is not responsible for any interception or interruption of any communications through the Internet or for changes to or losses of your personal information related thereto. You are responsible for maintaining the security of any password, user ID, or other form of authentication involved in obtaining access to password protected or secure areas of our websites. SOCIAL MEDIA FEATURES AND WIDGETS

Our websites include social media features and widgets or interactive mini-programs that run on our websites. These features may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on our websites, and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. Social media features and widgets are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our websites. Your interactions with these features are governed by the privacy statement of the third party providing it and are we responsible for the third party features and the personal information collected by them.
