“SiteSense® — a cloud-based project site field tool — addresses these issues by creating a blockchain technology to monitor, categorise and maintain relevant resources and documentation.[25] A comprehensive list of transactions is stored in a secure, private blockchain and can be accessed by any number of stakeholders. The product is in its early stages but has the potential to change the structure of commissioning, contracting and delivery of projects at every scale, with the aim of automating and simplifying the payment process.”
